Roe V Wade Local Gathering

The recent Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade has left the majority of our town feeling enraged, scared, saddened, and sometimes all of the above. In times like these Fairfield, CT residents tend to head to neighboring towns to find an outlet to express complicated and painful feelings. Whether it's joining a protest in Norwalk or a discussion in Easton it always seems easier to find like minded people and events outside of the bubble we call home.

Inclusive Fairfield is working to put together an outdoor beach gathering for Fairfield residents looking to connect with others who are feeling unsettled by the recent SCOTUS decision to overturn Roe v. Wade. Fairfield residents need a safe space to express this anger, discuss future action, and find a deeper connection to others doing this work locally. This gathering is not a protest or a rally, there will be no speeches or educational materials. It's simply a space for us to connect with one another and release this pain.

Please let us know if you would be interested in attending this gathering the week of July 11th at 7pm.

If you think you might be interested, please email inclusivefairfield@gmail.com with the day of the week that works best for you. If we reach 10 respondents we will go ahead with actually planning this gathering. From there we will send out location and date information to those who have inquired.
